Abstract:

New quality productive forces are emerging as the strategic engine driving China's regional development. Empowering the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China through new quality productive forces is a fundamental aspect of Chinese-style modernization. It is grounded in profound theoretical foundations and enriched by extensive practical significance. The strategic priorities for empowering the revitalization of Northeast China through new quality productive forces have been clearly defined， positioning high-quality development as the primary task， national security as the core mission， and the people’s better life as the fundamental objective. Therefore， key pathes proposed involve constructing an economic policy system that adapts to the development of new quality productive forces through new institutional arrangements， establishing and improving a modern industrial system through new production relations， building a talent echelon suitable for the development of new quality productive forces through a new mechanism， creating a safe and efficient innovation ecosystem with a new positioning， and enhancing the core competitiveness of new quality productive forces through new technologies， thereby providing solid support for Chinese-style modernization.
