Abstract:

Artificial intelligence systematically shapes new quality productive forces across four dimensions： element， structure， function and environment. Promoting the intelligent advancement of laborers， means of labor， and objects of labor is the fundamental prerequisite for artificial intelligence in shaping new quality productive forces； driving the intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional industries， facilitating the development of strategic emerging and future industries， and advancing the coordinated development of high-quality industries are the core components of artificial intelligence in shaping new quality productive forces； comprehensively stimulating economic growth， invigorating regional development vitality， and promoting the intelligent transformation of the national governance system are the target pursuits of artificial intelligence in shaping new quality productive forces； promoting improvements in institutional， policy， and international environments is the external condition for artificial intelligence in shaping new quality productive forces. To accelerate the advancement of artificial intelligence in shaping new quality productive forces， it is imperative to make breakthroughs in core and key technologies of artificial intelligence， promote deep integration between the digital and real economies， optimize the market competition environment for artificial intelligence， and cultivate compound innovatives talents.
