Abstract: Trust is the cornerstone that constitutes human civilization. As society transitions to digitalization, algorithmic trust, as a product of the integration of technological trust and interpersonal trust, has adapted to the needs of a digitally transformed society and has become a key issue in the study of AI ethics. Algorithms have brought convenience to people's lives, but the flaws in their application have also triggered an inescapable trust crisis, which will affect the orderly operation of public and private areas of social life. Therefore, in order to promote the improvement of the overall trust environment in the digitally transformed society and to prevent technological risks, it is necessary to explore the intrinsic nature and conceptual characteristics of algorithmic trust from the perspective of technological evolution, and to clarify its constitutive logic. This will help reconstruct the ethical order of the digitally transformed society, strengthen legal regulation, avoid potential risks, ensure the orderly operation of social life, and guarantee the protection of human interests and well-being.
