信息技术的哲学含义

摘要： “信息技术”的哲学含义从日常用法而来，但又不完全等同于日常用法。哲学含义的信息技术并不等同于“现代技术”意义上的IT，而是包含传统的信息技术在内。从“技术”的哲学含义可推知信息技术不仅包括器具信息技术，而且包括身体信息技术;从“信息”哲学含义可推知信息技术不同于质能性生产技术，而且器具信息技术从严格意义上只是“信号技术"，只有身体信息技术才是真正的信息技术。

Abstract: The philosophical meanings of information technology (IT) have derived from its daily usages but they are not completely equivalent in that IT in the sense of “modern technology” includes the traditional IT as well. From the philosophical meanings of “technology”， we can safely conclude that IT not only includes the implement information technology， but also the body information technology. And from the philosophical meanings of “information”， it can be confirmed that IT is different from the mass-energy production technologies and the implement information technology in the strict sense is merely “signal technology”. It is the body information technology that makes the real information technology.
