Abstract: Sein and Zeit is Heideggers representative works on phenomenology-ontology in his early academic career. In it， the ontological analysis through Dasein is the practice of “Reduction-construction-deconstruction”. Based on the reductive procedures of Heideggers ontological analysis， this paper “sees” how technology appeared and is given in accordance with the clue of development in Sein and Zeit. Through the “seeing” and “understanding” of phenomenology-ontology， the three-fold display of Technology is achieved by gradual reduction: technology appeared as “revelation” on the layer of Daseins existential situation; technology appeared as the way of “being-in-the world” on the layer of Daseins existential structure(concern); technology is given as “passage” of “ecstasy” on the layer of Daseins existential significance(temporality).
