摘要： 针对高校社会服务能力评价问题，建立了一个高校社会服务能力评价指标体系，将高校社会服务能力的评价指标分为服务工作和服务能力培养两个主要方面，并进一步细分为19个评价指标。根据评价指标属性的不同，将可获得的评价信息分为数值、区间数和语言短语三种形式。在此基础上，基于数值形式的评价信息、语言短语形式的评价信息和区间数形式的评价信息，提出了一种考虑多种信息形式的高校社会服务能力评价方法。通过一个实例分析说明了提出方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: To solve the problems of estimating the social service abilities of colleges and universities， an estimating index system has been established， which can be divided into two main aspects—social service work and service ability cultivation of colleges and universities， and further subdivided into 19 evaluating indexes. In light of the different attributes of the evaluating indexes， the evaluation information available can be categorized into values， interval numbers and language phrases， based on which a comprehensive approach of estimating the social service abilities of colleges and universities has been proposed. Finally， an example is taken to illustrate its validity and practicality.
