论“特色”与“普适”争论的实质基于马克思“两条道路”的视角

摘要： 具有普适意义的是作为抽象理论的普适价值，而不是实际发生的相应的道路。“特色”，既是作为实践过程的中国的发展路径，也是在这一道路上形成的社会主义核心价值观。“普适”与“特色”不是争论的双方。脱离各国特色的普适价值没有了生命，失去自身存在的意义和发展的源泉;抽离普适价值的特色失去了自身的地基和骨架，关上了与世界各国交往的大门。普适价值为包括中国在内的世界各国各自的发展道路提供共同的理论基础，世界各国以自己特殊的实践过程融合并丰富和发展普适价值。

Abstract: Universalism is of universal significance in its universal values as an abstract theory rather than the actual development road taken by a country. Characteristic refers to not only the Road of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics， but also the Socialist Core Values. Universalism and characteristic are not the two sides of the debate. Universalism without national characteristics will lose its vitality， its own meaning of existence and source of development while characteristic detached from universalism will lose its foundation and framework， and shut the door to the outside world. Universalism provides a common theoretical foundation of development roads for the world including China， and the world integrates， enriches and develops the universal values by their own special practices.
