金融分权对环境污染的影响研究

摘要：

中国经济高速发展的同时也带来严重的环境污染问题，同为经济分权的支柱，金融分权常常被视为财政分权的补充而被忽视，探究金融分权与环境污染之间的关系具有很强的现实意义。构建一个包含金融分权因素和环境因素的内生增长模型，对金融分权与环境污染之间的关系进行理论分析，发现金融分权对环境污染的影响呈现非线性关系。利用30个省际面板数据进行实证研究，同时引入对外开放性水平、城镇化率、产业结构、财政分权与金融分权交叉项等控制变量，结果表明:在中国金融分权对环境污染的影响呈现正U型关系。

Abstract:

The rapid development of China's economy has also brought serious environmental pollution problems. As the pillar of economic decentralization， financial decentralization is often regarded as a supplement to fiscal decentralization and neglected. It is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between financial decentralization and environmental pollution. By constructing an endogenous growth model that includes financial decentralization factors and environmental factors and conducting a theoretical analysis of the relationship between financial decentralization and environmental pollution， it is found that the impact of financial decentralization on environmental pollution presents a nonlinear relationship. Using the panel data from 30 provinces for the empirical research， and introducing such control variables as openness level， urbanization rate， industrial structure， and the intersection of fiscal decentralization and financial decentralization， the research finds that the impact of financial decentralization on environmental pollution in China presents a positive U-shaped relationship.
