Research on the Influence Mechanism of Work-family Conflict and Ruminant Thinking on Subjective Well-being

Abstract: This research takes university teachers as the object and studies the influence mechanism of work-family conflict and ruminant thinking on subjective well-being through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis methods. Research results show that ruminant thinking has a significant impact on perceived organizational support and subjective well-being. Among them, ruminant thinking positively affects organizational support and negatively affects subjective well-being; perceived organizational support positively affects subjective well-being; perceived organizational support mediates ruminant thinking and subjective well-being; perceived work alienation positively regulates ruminant thinking and perceived organizational support.
