Network Opinion Community: Origin, Formation and Trend

Abstract: Network opinion community is the network concept expression of the destiny community characterized by interest and responsibility sharing, and it is the integration and extension of the concept of community in the new media era. The formation elements of network opinion community include membership identity, community complex, issues of common concern, interest demands and community norms. Network opinion community tends to coordinate different interest groups to formulate contractual international rules and governance principles that can be universally recognized by all parties in the cyberspace. It will reshape the ideological structure and become the opinion settlement that helps to realize the virtual integration across time and space, region and culture, and open a rational conference hall mode.
