摘要: 针对载荷测试技术的局限性,提出一种以加速度响应为输入快速稳定求解工程结构动力学的分析方法.以试验测试加速度为输入激励,运用基础运动激励动力学特性分析方法,对某重型牵引车电瓶框总成模型进行仿真分析,获得模型在该激励下的强度分布和动力学响应,并与相应的实际路面试验测试结果进行对比,验证方法准确性.研究结果表明,本文提出的方法能准确有效地求解工程结构的动力学特性,对于企业缩短产品的研发、设计周期具有工程应用价值.

Abstract: Aiming at the limitation of load testing technology, this paper proposes an analytical method for the dynamic analysis of engineering structure using the acceleration information. The test acceleration is used as input excitation of the battery frame assembly model, then the simulation analysis of dynamic characteristic is used to calculate the strength distribution and dynamic response of the battery frame assembly model of heavy tractor. At the same time, the accuracy of the method is verified by comparing with the test results of actual roads. Research results show that the proposed method can be used to solve the dynamic characteristics of engineering structures accurately and effectively, and the method has important engineering application value for enterprises in shortening the research and development period of products.
