Recycle of cadmium from waste nickel-cadmium batteries by chemical leaching

摘要: 在选择性浸出有效分离Ni,Cd的理论分析基础上 ,研究了浸出条件对分离效果的影响 ,实验确定了废Ni Cd电池选择性浸出镉的工艺条件 :温度 ,2 5℃ ;固液比 ,m (s) /m(L) =1/ 5 ·在 pH =2的硫酸溶液中浸出 2h ,镉的浸出率为 10 0 %,镍的浸出率为 6 5 %,实现了镉与镍的有效分离·

Abstract: Theoretical analysis of the selectively leaching cadmium from waste Ni-Cd battery was carried out. The relationship between the separation results and the leaching conditions was experimentally investigated. The results show that on the condition of the 1:5 ratio of solid and liquid, at room temperature and pH value 2 of the H2SO4 solution in 2 h leaching, the leaching ratios of cadmium and nickel are 100% and 6.5% respectively.
