Shape control simulation software developed for CVC hot strip rolling

摘要: 通过对某厂CVC热轧带钢板形控制系统的分析和研究,开发了符合实际生产工艺要求的板形控制仿真软件,并对实际生产中某轧制规程板形控制过程进行离线模拟,板凸度仿真结果可控制在目标范围之内.采用此软件对热轧带钢板形控制进行仿真,其结果对生产实践具有一定的参考指导作用,且可节约大量人力物力.此外,该软件操作方便,界面友好,易于维护,具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract: Based on an analysis of shape control system of CVC hot strip rolling process in a certain stand mill, a strip shape control simulation software was developed according to actual technological process and applied to the off-line simulation of strip control complying with a certain rolling schedule and the result showed that the strip crown can be controlled in target zone. It means that the software is available to be a reference for practical production to save human/material resource. What is more important is that the software is easy to use and maintain with broad prospects in application.
