摘要: 对热轧Q345钢进行冷轧并模拟其连续退火工艺,对所研究的钢板进行显微组织分析和力学性能测试,旨在开发出具有良好性能的双相钢.研究结果表明:试制的退火钢板组织较为复杂,具有不同含量的铁素体、珠光体、马氏体等组织;具有较高的抗拉强度和较低的屈强比,但其延伸率较低,仅为14%左右.由于钢板的碳含量较高,因此,为获得良好的综合性能,不能按照传统的热处理工艺进行模拟,而应适当降低均热温度且提高快冷始温.

Abstract: For developing new kind of DP steel, Q345 steel was cold-rolled and then the continuous annealing process was simulated. Microstructural and mechanical results showed that the microstructure is complicated and the matrix is composed of ferrite, pearlite and martensite. The samples exhibit the high tensile strength and the low yield ratio. The elongation percentage is very low, only about 14%. Because of high carbon content, the conventional heat treatment process couldn't be adopted and only low soaking temperature and the higher starting temperature of rapid cooling should be adopted.
