摘要: 整体顶升是服役桥梁改造工程领域的新兴技术.为确保桥梁整体顶升施工的安全性,以上海浦东大桥东引桥段为例,建立桥梁顶升过程仿真分析模型,对施工过程进行数值模拟.通过6种不利顶升工况,对桥梁的上部结构进行应力分析,结果表明,不均匀顶升使墩顶盖梁处与主梁横向联系产生较大附加应力,工况5是最不利情况,基本接近极限应力.数值模拟验证了顶升工程的安全性,并给出施工建议.

Abstract: Integral jack-up is a new technique used to renovate bridge. Taking Shanghai Pudong east approach bridge section as an example, a numerical model for bridge jacking process was built to simulate the construction process. Stress analysis on upper structure of bridge was implemented under six kinds of adverse jacking operations. Uneven jacking produces a greater additional stress between pier roof girder and the main beam horizontal linkages. Scenario five is the most unfavorable situation close to the limit stress. Numerical Simulation verifies the security of the project and gives a reasonable construction proposal.
