摘要: 提出任意几何形状吸收性气体对其部分边界平均射线行程的一种反演方法,采用3点Gauss-Legendre积分公式反演典型几何形状吸收性气体对其部分边界的平均射线行程,并应用文献中的数据对模型进行验证.以某轧钢厂的一座步进梁式加热炉为例,反演各炉段内炉气对钢坯表面的平均射线行程,并研究该平均射线行程及其修正因子随炉气吸收系数的变化规律.所做工作为准确求解加热炉炉膛内的辐射换热创造了有利条件.

Abstract: An inversion method is presented to calculate the mean beam length from absorbing gas to part of its boundary. The three-point Gauss-Legendre integral expression is applied to getting the mean beam lengths for typical geometrical shapes, and the relevant model is verified by virtue of the data as shown in some earlier works. The mean beam lengths from gas to slab surface in different zones of a walking beam reheating furnace are inversely calculated, and the effect of gas absorption coefficient on the lengths and their modified factors are also studied. The study will benefit the correct calculation of radiative heat transfer in reheating furnace.
