岩石点荷载试验若干问题的研究

摘要: 为了推进使用国家标准《工程岩体分级标准》和岩石强度的现场试验方法,研究了点荷载试验的ISRM方法和《工程岩体分级标准》方法.指出了有两大关键问题影响点荷载试验的推广.提出了用Is的平均值确定Is(50)的方法,通过岩石不规则试件和规则石膏模型试件的点荷载试验证实,在D值大于50 mm的试件个数n2和D值小于50 mm的试件个数n3大致相等的条件下,本文的方法和传统方法的相对标准差相差不到2%.最后提出了制定岩石点荷载试验国家标准的建议,并总结了点荷载强度指标的应用范围.这对于岩石点荷载试验的发展和创新具有重要意义.

Abstract: Studies the field testing methods for ISRM (international society for rock mechanics) and the national standard for Engineering Classification of Rock Masses. The point load test is thus recommended, but two key problems retard its wide applications. It is suggested that the standard rock strength index under point load IS(50) is determined by the average value of Is. Then, by the point load test results with irregular rock specimens and regular gypsum modelled specimens, it is revealed that the relative standard deviation of the method suggested from conventional method is less than 2% if the number of specimens n2 whose D value > 50 mm is equal to the number of specimens n3 whose D < 50 mm on the whole. It is also suggested to formulate a national standard of point load tests for rock masses, with the application scope of the strength index under point load defined, which is of importance to the development and innovation of the point load test for rock masses.
