Microstructure and performance of semi-solid rheoformed alloy ZL201

摘要: 利用电磁场对合金熔体的作用研究交流电磁场下ZL201合金半固态电磁流变成形工艺、组织与性能.结果表明:在18 A,50 Hz的交流电磁场作用下,金属液温度650±1℃,模具温度510±1℃时,可以获得表面光洁、尺寸精度高、微观组织致密、内部无气孔和夹杂等缺陷的成形件.其硬度可达108HV5,是不加电磁场流变成形件的1.5倍.该研究为铝合金半固态电磁流变成形技术的应用奠定了基础.

Abstract: The molten metal of alloy under the action of electromagnetic field was studied for the rheoforming technology, microstructure and performance of the alloy ZL201 in semi-solid state in AC electromagnetic field. The results showed that the semi-solid alloy can be molded up with smooth surface, precise size, compact microstructure and without pores and inclusions under the action of the 18 A/50 Hz electromagnetic field if the temperature of melt is 650 ± 1°C and that of mold is 510 ± 1°C. The hardness of the molded specimen is up to 108 HV5, 1.5 times as high as that of the one being not rheoformed. The results will lay down a foundation for the application of rheoforming technology to semi-solid aluminum alloys.
