输油管道泄漏监测与定位系统的研制

摘要: 利用VisualC++为软件开发平台,结合工业现场现有的测量条件和基于PC的数据采集装置,开发研制了输油管道泄漏监测与定位系统·该系统将输差检漏技术与负压波定位技术相结合,用GPS解决分布系统的采样时间同步问题,用小波变换解决被噪声污染信号的特征点提取问题,并将现场运行工况在屏幕上形象直观地显示出来·该系统应用数据库技术,实现运行数据的存储,有利于查询分析故障产生的原因·该系统反应速度快,定位精度高,工作稳定,制造成本低,并具有良好的功能扩展能力,既可用于实验仿真,又可用于工业现场监控·

Abstract: The leak detection and location system for oil pipeline was developed on Visual C++ software platform. Equipments of industrial field and devices of data acquisition were used as hardware platform. The system integrates flow difference detection technology with negative pressure wave location technology. Sample synchronization was solved by GPS in the distributed system, and special point of signals with noise was caught by wavelet transform method. The running curve chart can be displayed on screen. With database technology, the real-time running data can be stored in database in order to query and analyze the cause of fault. The system has superior precision in location in few minutes. Not only the system cost low, but also the system is stable and reliable. The system function can be extended easily. The system can be used both in experiment simulation and in industrial field monitoring.
