阴离子表面活性剂对铝酸钠溶液种分过程的影响

Effect of anionic surfactant on decomposition of sodium aluminate solution

摘要: 在铝酸钠溶液的种分过程中,加入一种不饱和脂肪酸型阴离子表面活性剂,能强化分解过程,提高产品质量·试验表明,表面活性剂的添加量达280mg/L时,可使溶液分解率提高5%左右,产品氢氧化铝的粒度增大2%左右,强度提高5%左右·表面活性剂的加入,使铝酸钠溶液的物理化学性质有明显变化·通过对铝酸钠溶液的粘度、表面张力、电导率性质的测试,分析了表面活性剂的作用机理·

Abstract: During the seed precipitation process of sodium aluminate solution, adding an anionic surfactant derived from unsaturated fatty acid in the solution can intensify the decomposition process so as to improve the quality of final products. Experimental results indicated that the decomposed portion of sodium aluminate can increase by about 5%, with the average grain size and strength of aluminum hydroxide as final product increase by 2% and about 5%, respectively, if adding in 280 mg/l of the surfactant. The fact implies that there is an obvious physico-chemical change caused by the surfactant added in the solution. With the viscosity, surface tension and conductivity of the solution tested, the functional mechanism of the surfactant is discussed and elucidated.
