摘要: 结合美国电网实际运行数据和道路交通情报,基于电动汽车类型、配电网裕量、季节时段等多元因素拟合电动汽车充电时间的规律性曲线,并构建电动汽车充电规律对配电网的影响模型.算例表明该模型能够较好地反映电动汽车在不同时段、不同比例的接入对配电网造成的影响,有利于对配电网的投资建设、安全预警和电动汽车的优化调度进行决策.

Abstract: Combined with the actual grid data and latest travel information in the U. S., the regularity curve of charging time was fitted, which was based on the PEV types, distribution grid power limits together with different seasons and time. The impact model of charging regularity for the plug-in electric vehicle was also proposed. The simulation examples indicated that the proposed model can well reflect the impact in different time, penetration and seasons practically and accurately, and will help to strategize the distribution grid construction, safety monitoring, and optimized scheduling of plug-in electric vehicles.
