Advanced algorithm and experiment of roll eccentricity control

摘要: 首先研究了先进的HMFFT和A-WAVELET算法,然后依托实验室的四辊液压轧机,对这两种轧辊偏心算法进行了实验研究.提出了一种有效的偏心相位检测和控制方法,建立了轧辊偏心控制的两级控制系统,进行了两种算法的软件设计和编程,在液压轧机上进行了实验.实验效果明显,采用先进算法的两级偏心控制系统为实际生产线轧辊偏心控制问题的实施解决提供了一种新的整体解决方案.

Abstract: The advanced HMFFT and A-WAVELET roll eccentricity control algorithms were studied. Then based on the four hydraulic roll mill of the laboratory, the experiment of the advanced roll eccentricity control scheme used HMFFT and A-WAVELET algorithm was made. An effective roll eccentricity phase detection and control scheme was presented. The two-level control system of roll eccentricity was established, and the relevant program was designed and debugged. The results showed that the effect of experiment is very good, so the two-level eccentrcity control system is a full scheme to solve the problem of roll eccentricity and is valuable for application.
