Internal relationship of action-oriented competency of knowledge workers

Abstract: Baysesian network model method was adopted to obtain the optimized model of internal relationship of action-oriented competency of knowledge worker according to greedy algorithm, in which 85 searches were carried out. Three conclusions were drawn through the optimized model: influence cluster directly affects basic behavior cluster, action and target cluster and management cluster; action and target cluster doesn't affect the other three clusters, but they all affect action and target cluster; influence cluster not only directly affects action and target cluster, but also indirectly affects it respectively through management cluster and basic behavior cluster, in which the degree of direct influence was less than that of indirect influence.
