Abstract: In the historical process of leading the Chinese people to save the country， rejuvenate the country， enrich the country， and strengthen the country， the Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the building of its own image. With the changes in the party's historical status and the background of the times， the image shaping of the party in different historical stages has also shown different stage characteristics. In the course of historical progress， it has continuously improved the image of political parties， and has experienced various political party images of “revolution-national salvation”， “construction-rejuvenating the country”， “reform-enriching the country”， and “rejuvenation-strengthening the country”. The image of a political party is a comprehensive concept， a synthesis of memories in the hearts of the people， and a reflection of the impression of a political party that dominates the mainstream. In the new era， the Communist Party of China pays more attention to the construction of the image of political parties， and based on the historical experience of the construction of the image of political parties， it is necessary to promote the “four unifications” of historicity and reality， independence and openness， connotation and extension， and party spirit and people's nature.
