摘要: 基于分位数回归方法,研究了技能偏向性技术进步对工资水平的影响。在CES生产函数的基础上,建立了理论分析模型来揭示技能偏向性技术进步对工资水平的影响差异,采用CHNS数据并通过分位数回归对理论假设进行了实证检验。研究结果表明,在高技术溢出效应下,工资水平受到技能偏向性技术进步的正向影响程度也较大,尤其是对中低等工资水平影响尤为突出,反之亦然;除此之外,工资还受其他因素比如职业、工作地域及性别、年龄等个体特征的影响。

Abstract: Based on quantile regression, the impact of skill-biased technological progress on wages was explored. A theoretical analysis model was established based on the CES production function in order to reveal the varied impacts of skill-biased technological progress on wages. The CHNS data were used with quantile regression to empirically test the theoretical assumptions. The results showed that under the spillover effect of high technology, skill-biased technological progress positively exerts a larger impact on wages, especially on medium-low wages, and vice versa. In addition, wages are also affected by such factors as occupation, workplace, gender, age and other individual characteristics.
