摘要： 近十年来，日本不仅深化合作研究、委托研究、捐助讲座、大学孵化企业和技术转移等产学联盟基础形式，而且还探索了企业联合体、技术指导、全面协议和会员制等产学联盟创新形式。日本产学联盟表现出不同于欧美的形式多元性、领域宽泛性、对象多层次性等新特点，合作研究规模不断扩大，大学孵化企业成效显著，大学技术转移项目不断增加，中小企业产学联盟尤为活跃，初步展现“开放式创新”等新动向。

Abstract: Over the past decade， Japan has not only deepened its basic forms of industry-university alliance in cooperative research， commissioned research， sponsored lectures， enterprises hatched by universities and university technology transfer projects， but also explored such new forms as business consortium， technical guidance， comprehensive agreement and membership. Japans industry-university alliance， quite different from the ones of Europe and America， is characterized by being diversified in forms， broad in fields and multileveled in objects. The scale of cooperative research has been expanded， the enterprises hatched by universities have made remarkable achievements， the university technology transfer projects have increased and the industry-university alliance in SMEs has been particularly active， which has begun to take on a new trend of open innovation.
