摘要： 随着精益化思想的引入，精益物流作为一种新方法被广泛应用在供应链管理中。该方法以客户需求为导向，是一种减少浪费的高效化管理机制，可以有效地降低物流成本和缩短存货周转期。以A公司为例，详细分析了其体育用品供应链管理中存在的问题，以及实施精益物流方法降低成本的途径。通过分析A公司实施精益物流方法后，供应链运营及相关财务指标的改善情况，探讨了精益物流方法在成本管理上的实施效果。

Abstract: With the introduction of Toyotas lean thinking， lean logistics as a new method has been widely used in supply chain management. Known as a customer demandoriented approach， lean logistics is an effective management mechanism that helps companies to reduce logistics cost and shorten inventory turnover. Taking Sports Company A as a case， this paper provides a detailed analysis of its problems in supply chain management， its implementation of lean logistics to achieve cost reduction， and the improvement of supply chain operations and related financial indicators after its supply chain optimization. Moreover， the actual effects of application of lean logistics on cost management are also explored.
