家庭支持型主管行为与员工睡眠质量的关系——工作家庭增益、压力知觉的中介作用

The Relationship Between Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior and Employees' Sleep Quality——The Mediating Effects of Work Family Enrichment and Perceived Stress

摘要: 基于资源保存理论,引入工作家庭增益和压力知觉两个中介变量,建立双中介对比模型,来探究工作家庭增益和压力知觉在家庭支持型主管行为与员工睡眠质量间的具体作用机理,并对比了工作家庭增益和压力知觉两变量中介作用的强弱。以607对三个时间点收集的主管与下属的问卷调查数据为样本,采用回归分析的方法来进行实证分析,研究结果表明:家庭支持型主管行为可通过员工的压力知觉进而影响其睡眠质量;压力知觉在家庭支持型主管行为与睡眠质量间起到的中介作用强于工作家庭增益。

Abstract: Based on the theory of resource conservation, this paper introduces two mediating variables of work family enrichment and perceived stress, establishes a two-intermediary comparison model to explore the specific mechanism of the two mediating effects between family-supportive supervisor behavior and employees' sleep quality, and compares the strength of the mediating effects of work enrichment and perceived stress. The paper uses the survey data of 607 supervisors and subordinates at three time points, and employs the approach of regression analysis to make an empirical analysis. The results show that the family-supportive supervisor behavior can affect the employees' sleep quality through perceived stress. The mediating effect of perceived stress on family supportive supervisor behavior and sleep quality is stronger than work family enrichment.
