摘要/Abstract

摘要： 现有关于电子政务与腐败之间关系的文献并没有取得一致性的结论。在对电子政务与腐败之间关系进行理论分析的基础上，通过对143个国家2008—2016年的面板数据进行实证分析发现，电子政务对腐败具有抑制作用，但这种作用受到该国民主发展水平的影响，即民主发展水平对电子政务和腐败感知之间的关系存在倒U型调节效应。此外，考虑到了腐败的惯性特征和固定效应模型的内生性问题，还进行了动态面板数据模型分析，该分析表明研究结论具有较好的稳健性。

Abstract: There is no consistent conclusion about the relationship between e-government and corruption. Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between e-government and corruption， this paper， through an empirical analysis of the panel data of 143 countries during 2008—2016， finds that e-government has a curbing effect on corruption， but this effect is influenced by the level of democratic development in the country. The level of democratic development has an inverted U-shaped moderating effect on the relationship between e-government and corruption perception. In addition， because of the inertia of corruption and the endogeneity of the fixed effect model， a dynamic panel data model analysis is carried out in this research which concludes that the study has better robustness.
