Effect of Scientific and Technological Value and “Internet +” Action on Innovation Entrepreneurship

Abstract: With Chinas new normalization of innovation driving and economic development, a new innovation-driven model is provided by using “Internet +”, whereby a series of deep-seated conflicts of innovation driving might be settled. By using the Internet platform and information communication technologies, “Internet +” has linked the Internet and all the walks of life including the traditional industries, which has helped to create a new ecology in new fields. It could promote scientific and technological innovation, engineering innovation, industrial innovation and institutional innovation. The “Internet +” model and its innovation driving are discussed based on the theory of scientific and technological value so as to theoretically understand the nature of the model and its effect on entrepreneurial driving.
