A Study on the Synergetic Development of Technological Innovation System by Higher Education Institutions and Enterprises

Abstract: The fierce competition of market and the complexity of technological innovation inevitably lead to the synergia of higher education institutions and enterprises. Such a synergetic development of technological innovation system by higher education institutions and enterprises is impacted by both internal and external factors. The synergetic development of schools and enterprises in technological innovation requires higher education institutions to reinforce contact and communication with enterprises, while enterprises are supposed to pass on the market demands and developmental tendencies to higher education institutions. What is more, the policy service system of synergetic technological innovation needs to be improved, a diversified and multi-channel technological investment system should be set up, and the relevant laws and regulations should be strengthened. The orderly operation of the synergetic technological innovation system by higher education institutions and enterprises results from the synergetic effects of the elements within the system.
