摘要: 提出一种基于用户反馈的数控机床故障信息的可靠性模糊分配方法.通过对某机床厂的某系列数控机床故障记录数据进行统计整理,分类得到10个子系统,对故障信息进行分布模型优选、参数估计和皮尔逊χ2法假设检验,建立整机和各子系统的故障间隔时间的可靠度函数.在分析影响机床故障间隔时间的4种因素基础上,用熵权法求解权重进行加权,引入模糊数学理论,建立机床整机故障率的分配模型,指导机床可靠性指标的再分配过程.基于故障信息的这个方法更具实际应用性,能较好地解决机床可靠性的再分配问题,提高整机系统的可靠性水平.

Abstract: Based on the fuzzy mathematics and the failure information, a reliability allocation method for CNC machine tools was proposed. First, the fault record data of a type of CNC machine tools were sorted out, and the whole machine system was divided into ten subsystems. Then, the reliability functions for the whole system and the subsystems were established according to the statistical collation of the failure records. An allocation model of the failure rate based on the fuzzy mathematics and entropy weight methods was thus developed with four factors considered. This method can solve the reallocation of the machine’s reliability, thus enhancing the reliability of the whole system.
