六方水合铝酸钙的合成及其脱硅

摘要: 叙述了六方水合铝酸钙的合成条件和方法,并通过化学分析、TG DTA分析和XRD分析对所合成的水合铝酸钙进行了表征·实验结果表明,在本实验条件下合成的水合铝酸钙样品中除六方水合铝酸钙外,还含有少量的立方水合铝酸钙和氢氧化钙·在90℃下添加六方水合铝酸钙进行深度脱硅,脱硅2h后的铝酸钠溶液中SiO2质量浓度可降低到0 009g/l,硅量指数可达11111·讨论了六方水合铝酸钙的脱硅机理,认为六方水合铝酸钙是一种高水合、分散度高的含钙化合物,晶面间距大,脱硅反应是在六方水合铝酸钙层间进行的,因此脱硅活性高·

Abstract: Synthesis of calcium hydroaluminate of hexagonal structure was reported. The property of calcium hydroaluminate was examined by analysis of chemistry, XRD and TG-DTA. The experimental results showed that the synthetical sample comprise a little calcium hydroaluminate of cubic structure and calcium hydroxide besides calcium hydroaluminate of hexagonal structure. The content of SiO2 decreased to 0.009 g/L and the silicon capacity index reached 11111 by adding calcium hydroaluminate of hexagonal structure at 90°C after two hours. The desilication mechanism of calcium hydroaluminate of hexagonal structure was discussed. It was regarded that calcium hydroaluminate of hexagonal structure was a high-hydration, high-decentralization and loosen calcic compound. Its interval of layers was wide. Since the desilication reaction processed in the interval, the efficiency of desilication was high.
