大型电渣重熔设备给料系统优化与控制

摘要: 针对120 t大型电渣重熔设备的给料系统进行了改进设计和比例控制研究.电渣重熔设备的给料过程即是其导电横臂的下降过程,传统电渣炉横臂升降采用滚珠丝杠驱动,存在刚度小、响应慢等缺点.本研究采用大尺寸液压缸及传感器代替传统的滚珠丝杠,并采用电液比例调速阀实现液压缸的速度控制,利用液压系统刚度大、响应快的优势实现对电渣炉给料系统的精确调速控制.建立了120 t大型电渣炉给料结构的机械及液压系统数学模型,进行了控制系统仿真研究,得到了较好的控制效果.

Abstract: Electrode feeding system is one of the important systems of heavy electroslag remelting furnace. Eletrode feeding process of electroslag remelting furnace is drop process of cross arm. The cross arm of traditional electroslag furnace driven by ball screw has defects such as weak stiffness, low response etc. A large size hydraulic cylinder is utilized as the driver of the cross arm, and an electro-hydraulic proportional flow control valve is used to control the speed of the hydraulic cylinder. The mathematical model of the hydraulic control system is established and simulated. The simulation results show that the system theoretically works well.
