摘要： 针对产品之间具有单向可替代性质的特点，提出了以保证用户服务水平为目标的订货点确定方法.设计了嵌入仿真过程的模拟退火算法以求解各产品的最高库存水平.利用可替代性，可以在保证一定服务水平不变的情况下降低库存系统的订货点，降低订货点意味着降低平均库存量以及订货频率，以减少库存总成本.通过改变订货费用、服务水平和库存费用，分析了影响库存总成本的因素以及影响机理.当订货的固定费用增加或库存费用降低时，库存系统会增加订货次数和单次订货量，此时可替代性对总成本的正面影响会减弱.

Abstract: A multiproduct multiperiod inventory problem with downward substitution was addressed. According to character of oneway substitution between the products， a model about order for products to ensure service was proposed when an inventory manager should make order for these products. The simulation annealing algorithm embedded with a simulation procedure was developed to get the maximal levels of products. Taking advantage of the substitution， the reorder point can be lowered without reduction of service level. The lower reorder point means less average inventory and lower order frequency. While the reduction of reorder point influences some varying parameters， such as the service level requirement， ordering cost and holding cost. With increase of reorder cost or decrease of holding cost， inventory will replenish more products frequently， which means the mitigation of the positive effect of the substitution.
