碳纤维复合材料螺旋铣孔瞬时切削力系数识别

摘要: 在螺旋铣孔过程中,刀具绕其自身轴线自转的基础上围绕预加工孔中心公转并保持轴向进给.为了准确预测碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)螺旋铣孔过程中的切削力,基于螺旋铣孔的基本切削机理,考虑刀具侧刃和底刃在进给过程中对切削过程的影响及复合材料的各向异性特征,构建螺旋铣孔过程中切削力解析模型.根据全因子条件下复合材料螺旋铣孔试验数据,采用数据拟合方法识别底刃切削力系数,采用瞬时切削力方法识别侧刃切削力系数.结果表明仿真切削力能够较好地拟合试验值.

Abstract: The special tool orbits around the axis of the hole while rotating with its own axis and feeds in the axial direction in the helical milling process. Based on the cutting mechanism of the helical milling process, considering the effect of the side edges and bottom edges on the major cutting during the feed process and the anisotropic characteristics of the composite material, a cutting force analytical model was established in the helical milling of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP). According to the composite material helical milling test data under the full factor condition, the data fitting method was used to identify the bottom edge cutting force coefficient, and the instantaneous cutting force method was used to identify the side edge cutting force coefficient. The results showed that the simulated cutting force can better fit the experimental value.
