中厚板热轧过程中的温度场模拟

Simulation of temperature field during hot plate rolling

摘要: 针对中厚板轧制过程中温度场不易精确确定,普通温度计算模型计算误差较大或计算较为繁琐的问题,以传热学基本理论为基础,建立了热平衡方程,采用完全隐式差分法对首钢中厚板轧制及冷却过程中的板坯中心温度和表面温度变化进行了模拟.可以得到以下结论:①在轧制过程中,中厚板上表面温度急剧下降,道次间歇期间又有回升的趋势;在层冷过程中,板坯上表面温度迅速下降;②计算的板坯表面温度与实测的表面温度吻合较好,表明该模型可以用来模拟中厚板轧制过程中的温度变化.

Abstract: It is difficult to determine precisely the temperature field in plate rolling process to which the error of calculated result is too great with tiresome calculating procedure if using conventional temperature models. So, based on the heat transfer theory, a thermal balance equation as model is developed using the implicit difference method to simulate the temperature variation of plate core/surface in hot rolling and cooling processes for plate production. Some conclusions are thus reached: (1) the plate surface temperature decreases sharply during rolling, but it tends to increase in the interval between intermittent rolling passes. During cooling, the plate surface temperature decreases quickly. (2) The calculated plate surface temperature is in agreement with that measured and, therefore, the model is available to simulate the temperature variation in plate rolling process.
