Empirical Study on Effect of Organizational Learning on Strategic Change of MNC〓

Abstract: The organizational learning is thought to be the most important factor to affect strategic change of MNCs(multinational corporations). Based on related literatures, a research model of the relationship between organizational learning and strategic change is constructed, in which organizational learning is measured by explorative learning and exploitative learning, and strategic change is measured by positioning difference and concept difference. Then hypothesis are provided and tested with empirical methods. The results show that organizational learning affects strategic change significantly. The research can be used to explain the effect of organizational learning on strategic change in MNCs theoretically and practically.
