Empowering the Protection and Utilization of Black Soil with New Quality Productive Forces in Agriculture: Basic Logic, Value Implication and Path Selection

Abstract:

The protection and utilization of black soil is a necessary path to ensure national food security and promote the modernization of China’s agriculture and rural areas. At the critical juncture when agricultural development is moving towards a high-quality stage, the new quality productive forces in agriculture have become the core driving force for industrial upgrading and breaking through resource constraints. By systematically combing the evolution of black soil protection and utilization systems, analyzing the core connotations of new quality productive forces in agriculture, and explaining the economic logic, policy logic, and social logic of new quality productive forces in agriculture empowering the protection and utilization of black soil, the value advantages are clarified in ensuring national food security, innovating the traditional black soil protection and utilization paradigm, and promoting agricultural and rural modernization. Accordingly, a multi-dimensional practical path for black soil protection and utilization is proposed. In the future, it is necessary to improve the top-level design for empowering the protection and utilization of black soil with new quality productive forces in agriculture, achieve efficient coupling among new-type laborers, labor objects, and labor elements, deepen the foundation of green development, promote the transformation of agricultural science and technology, and provide stronger support for the protection and utilization of black soil.
