Abstract:

As an advanced form of productivity driven by technological innovation， new quality productive forces serve as a key driving force for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. In addressing the challenges faced by this development—such as the inadequacies in talent development mechanism， the dual internal and external pressures on technological innovation， and the lagging alignment of production factor allocation mechanisms with industrial demands. The empowerment of new quality productive forces urgently requires systematically promoting the innovation of mechanisms. Against the backdrop of further comprehensively deepening reforms， the strategic objective can be achieved by building a supportive system of high-quality talents， establishing innovation mechanisms to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of manufacturing， optimizing the resources allocation mechanism of the manufacturing industry， and fostering an integrated， systematic coordination mechanism that merges innovation， industry， capital， and talent chains.
