摘要: 工程活动主要体现为造物活动,其基本特点是集成性。工程创新是创新主体在一定的创新空间进行选择与建构,对技术和非技术等异质性要素进行集成的活动。工程创新集中表现为集成创新的特点。工程创新管理就是通过对工程的计划、组织、领导、控制等活动使工程创新集成性特点得以施加以达到工程目标的过程。工程创新管理具体包括工程创新计划管理、工程创新控制管理、工程创新组织管理和工程创新决策管理等。

Abstract: Engineering activities mainly manifest themselves as the activities of creating things with the basic feature of integration. Engineering innovation, characterized by integrated innovation, refers to the innovative subjects purposeful selection and construction in a certain innovation space, and the integration of technological and non-technological elements. Engineering innovation management is the process of adding the features of innovative integration via such activities as engineering planning, organization, leadership and control so as to achieve an engineering goal. Specifically, it includes innovation plan management, innovation control management, innovation organization management, innovation decision-making management and so on.
