非工作时间内移动技术使用对工作家庭冲突的影响

摘要: 从角色整合的视角出发,着眼于移动技术的使用造成的员工在非工作时间的工作家庭冲突,探讨了移动技术的使用对工作家庭冲突的影响机制。借助资源保护理论,引入工作控制与工作分离两个调节变量,进一步探讨了非工作时间的移动技术使用在不同情景下对员工工作家庭冲突的作用。研究结果表明:员工在非工作时间内使用移动技术的时间和频率都能对工作家庭冲突产生显著的正向影响,角色整合在其中起中介作用,工作控制代表的资源获取能力和工作分离代表的资源保护能力在其中起调节作用。

Abstract: From the perspective of role integration, this study focuses on the work-family conflicts of employees during non-working hours caused by mobile technology use, and explores the influence mechanism of mobile technology use on work-family conflicts. With the help of resource conservation theory, the study introduces two moderating variables of work control and work separation, and further explores the effect of mobile technology use during non-working hours on employees' work-family conflicts under different contexts. The results show that the time and frequency of mobile technology use have a significant positive impact on work-family conflicts during non-working hours. Role integration plays a mediating role, and resource acquisition represented by work control and resource protection represented by work separation play a moderating role.
