Abstract: The traditional view of technological evolution ignores the integration and symbiosis of “human and technology” in the evolution, which provides a potential for the development of technological evolution along the direction of naturalism. The view of technology-oriented evolution proposed by Poser solves the problem of improper general logic caused by the traditional evolutionary view that technical objects are equated with natural objects. It emphasizes the driving of human creativity to technological evolution, the control of human reciprocating practical knowledge to technological evolution, and the constraint of human ethics of responsibility to technological evolution so as to guide the dynamic innovation, specific application and value orientation of technology in the process of evolution. The value lies in that it not only responds to the human-enhanced evolution view with potential risks represented by Harris, but also provides new enlightenment on how to rethink and reconstruct the relationship between technology and human beings.
