“Responsible Innovation” in China's Quantum Technological Industry

Abstract: With the rise of the concept of “responsible innovation” at home and abroad, it is very necessary to reflect on the relevant risks in the innovation process of the most rapidly developing frontier quantum technological industry, and then clarify the effective and responsible innovation ideas in the field of quantum technology in China. The thinking of “responsible innovation” in China's current quantum industry calls for reasonable and forward-looking policy guidance and policy formulation in combination with China's social, policy, cultural, educational, military and scientific and technological fields. Besides, more attention should be paid to the management of researchers, reasonable ethical design and multi-subject participation in the field of quantum science and technology.
