淀粉还原氢化钛制备Ti(C;N)纳米粉

摘要: 研究了用淀粉还原氢化钛制备碳氮化钛纳米粉的工艺及反应机理·结果表明 ,在实验范围内 ,降低合成温度 ,缩短保温时间或提高氮气流量有利于形成氮含量高的碳氮化钛粉末·通过控制合成温度和保温时间 ,可以控制Ti(C1-xNx)中的碳氮比 ,得到不同x值的碳氮化钛粉末·在 1 75 0℃ ,保温 2h,氮气流量为 5L/min条件下 ,可获得颗粒尺寸为 40~ 80nm的单相Ti(C0 .5N0 .5)粉末·

Abstract: Carbothermal synthesis of titanium carbonitride Ti(C1-xNx)/nanopowders from titanium hydride powder and starch under nitrogen environment was studied. The synthesis was carried out in a graphite furnace at different temperatures for different holding time in an atmosphere of flowing nitrogen. The results indicate that nitrogen content x in the titanium carbonitride Ti(C1-xNx) powder decreases with increasing reaction temperature and time and decreasing nitrogen partial pressure within a certain range used in the experiment. It is possible to control the nitrogen content in the titanium carbonitride powders by optimizing the processing parameters. A nanocrystalline of titanium carbonitride Ti(C0.5N0.5) powder with particle diameters in the range of 40-80 nm has been produced at 1750°C for 2 hours in flow nitrogen of 5 L/min.
