供应链环境下供应商选择多属性组合决策模型

摘要: 为了研究供应链管理环境下的供应商选择问题,建立了相应的综合评价指标体系,提出了一个组合多属性决策模型.该评价方法的特点是:评价指标体系考虑的因素更为全面;组合多属性决策模型集成了模糊AHP、模糊多指标以及TOPSIS方法各自的优点.给出了利用该模型的决策步骤,即首先分别用模糊群决策方法和FAHP方法求出下层指标和上层指标的权重值,进而以线性加权的方式求出下层指标和上层指标的评价值,最后采用理想点方法,在计算各方案相对贴近度的基础上,对其进行排序和选择决策.给出的应用算例说明了模型的有效性和可行性.

Abstract: To solve the vendor selection problem (VSP) in supply chain, a relevant evaluation index system was set up so as to develop the combined multi-attribute decision-making model. Thus, more influencing factors were taken into account in the proposed evaluation approach to make the criterion more comprehensive in evaluation index system. The combined multi-attribute decision-making model integrates all the advantages of several methods together, such as fuzzy AHP, fuzzy multiple index evaluation and TOPSIS. An application example was given showing the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
