Abstract:

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China， education， science and technology and talents have gone through the tortuous exploration phase of relational restructuring， the market transformation phase of relational breakthrough， and the strategic synergy phase of relational enhancement， revealing a temporal logic characterized by the interplay of multiple factors and cross-system mutual promotion and symbiosis with modernization as the main line. According to Lefebvre’s theory of spatial relations， education， science and technology and talents are represented by the complementarity in material space， alignment within the domain of mental space， and coordination in practical space， and exhibit a unique development logic in the three-dimensional spatial relations of regionalization-urbanization， modern civilization of the Chinese nation， and new national system abstracted through the course of Chinese-style modernization. Under the new situation， we should build China’s action strategy of integrated development of education， science and technology along the three dimensions of thought， system and technology， and solve the problems of their collaborative development in ideological direction， resources allocation and interaction mechanism.
