Structure and Effect Measurement of Inter-government and Inter-city Cooperation Network of Medical and Health Services: Taking Jingjinji Metropolitan Region as an Example

Abstract: Under the background of continuous promotion of national basic public service equalization and regional coordinated development, inequality and cooperation dilemma in the field of medical and health services are still worsening. Based on the inter-government and inter-city relation variables, this paper uses social network analysis method, visualizes the structure and form of medical service cooperation network in Jingjinji Metropolitan region, and measures the structural attributes and cooperation effects of cooperation network. It is found that the inter-governmental network in Jingjinji Metropolitan region is relatively loose, the inter-city network is positively and closely linked, and the inter-city policy relationship matrix and inter-city action relationship matrix are highly synergistic. From such aspects as collective dilemma, transaction cost, cooperative risk, cooperative mechanism and cooperative benefit, explanations and predictions are given regarding medical service cooperation development in Jingjinji Metropolitan region.
