教育、科技、人才一体化发展的时空逻辑与行动方略

摘要:

新中国成立以来,教育、科技、人才三者历经关系重构的曲折探索期、关系突围的市场转型期、关系升华的战略协同期,透视出以现代化建设为主线的多重因素共同作用与跨系统互促共生的时序逻辑。根据列斐伏尔的空间关系理论,教育、科技、人才表征为物质空间范畴内的互补性、精神空间范畴内的同向性、实践空间范畴内的协调性,在经中国式现代化发展历程而抽象出的区域化—城市化、中华民族现代文明、新型举国体制三维空间关系中展现出独特的发展模态。在新形势下,应沿着思想、体制、技术三个维度构建我国教育、科技、人才一体化发展的行动方略,破解三者在思想路向、资源配置、交互机制等方面的协同发展难题。

Abstract:

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, education, science and technology and talents have gone through the tortuous exploration phase of relational restructuring, the market transformation phase of relational breakthrough, and the strategic synergy phase of relational enhancement, revealing a temporal logic characterized by the interplay of multiple factors and cross-system mutual promotion and symbiosis with modernization as the main line. According to Lefebvre’s theory of spatial relations, education, science and technology and talents are represented by the complementarity in material space, alignment within the domain of mental space, and coordination in practical space, and exhibit a unique development logic in the three-dimensional spatial relations of regionalization-urbanization, modern civilization of the Chinese nation, and new national system abstracted through the course of Chinese-style modernization. Under the new situation, we should build China’s action strategy of integrated development of education, science and technology along the three dimensions of thought, system and technology, and solve the problems of their collaborative development in ideological direction, resources allocation and interaction mechanism.
